This past weekend, the world celebrated the Environment with the Live Earth concert series, during which artists and entertainers tried to increase awareness about environmental issues such as global warning.  Global warming is a little bit of a strange topic, because some think that the phenomenon is non-existent, whereas others seem to think the problem will eradicate the human race within the decade.  Though I did not have the opportunity to observe the Live Earth Events, what I appreciate about the concert series is not its focus on global warming, but the environmental awareness the various organizations, artists & entertainers, and fans are displaying and creating.
