The Lord shows His favor to the obedient and gives grace where it is needed.  All of us traveled with infirmities that could have stopped our mission.  Nancy was struggling with the vestiges of Lyme disease, Robin was fighting migraines and an unsettled stomach, and I was having difficulty walking and was told that I should have knee replacement surgery at the end of last year since there is no cartilage in the left knee.  To our amazement, every single day we were able to keep our agenda.  I had thought that the Lord might heal my knee as I walked on the land where Jesus walked.  However, he confirmed His plan through a sermon we heard at a House of Worship called Shemen Sasson (Oil of Joy).  It was weaved around 2 Corinthians 12:9—“My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.  Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”  We are here to boast on the Lord for we felt His power, and it was with us wherever we went.
