The Worship Facilities conference in Houston had a nice suprise for me; a micro-master coffee roaster. This guy - Kirk - roasts some top-secret expresso blend that was the cleanest I’ve ever tasted. it is common for expresso to have a burnt after-taste, making me want a piece of gum shortly after drinking it. Kirk roasts his coffee very fresh and will ship it to you - either for home consumption or for your church cafe. His prices are better than Starbucks, and his coffee just may be better as well.
